At Aquaholic Fishing, we take pride in delivering high-quality products built for real anglers. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before it ships. Because of this process — and to keep prices fair for all customers — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got your back.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Damaged Item Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size purchased

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to misuse

All sales are final unless damaged upon arrival.


Shipping Errors

If we make a mistake with your order (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color), we will correct it immediately at no cost to you.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the first 12 hours if they have not shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
